SMS Messaging Terms & Consent
Tandem, operated by Sytepoint, is a freight transportation management system used by licensed motor carriers to coordinate their own drivers. This page describes our SMS program and lets drivers opt in to receive operational text messages about their assigned loads.
What messages you’ll receive
When a driver is assigned to a load, Tandem sends transactional, operational text messages tied to that load, including:
- A secure link to upload the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) at pickup.
- A secure link to upload Proof of Delivery (POD) at delivery.
- Reminders when a required document for your load is still pending.
- Related dispatch notifications about your assigned load.
These are not marketing messages. You will only receive texts about loads assigned to you by your carrier.
How you opt in
Drivers provide their mobile number and agree to receive these messages either during onboarding with their carrier (employment or contractor agreement, and/or the carrier’s fleet management system) or by submitting the consent form below. We do not buy, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not opted in.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your load activity — typically a few messages per assigned load. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out & getting help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@sytepoint.com.
Privacy
We use your mobile number solely to deliver the operational messages described above. We do not sell your information, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers (information collected through text messaging) is excluded from any data sharing.
