These terms govern access to and use of Tandem. By using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Tandem, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Tandem is a freight transportation management system used by licensed motor carriers to manage loads, drivers, documents, and related operations. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Accounts & eligibility
Tandem is intended for businesses and their authorized personnel. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. You must have authority to provide any driver or third-party information you enter, including mobile numbers used for messaging.
Messaging
Tandem sends operational SMS to assigned drivers. Use of messaging is governed by our SMS Messaging Terms & Consent. Carriers are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their drivers before numbers are added to the service. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Do not send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other customers or tenants.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service for you. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Tandem relies on third-party providers (such as SMS, email, mapping, payments, and telematics services). Your use of those features may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
