How does Tandem handle a photo of a BOL or POD?
When a driver texts a photo of the document, Tandem reads it, checks it against the load's tender — reference number, stop, commodity — and attaches it to the correct load. A mismatch is flagged rather than filed.
What if a driver doesn't respond?
Tandem follows up on its own. The reminder repeats on a schedule until the status or document is in, so a missing POD doesn't sit unnoticed until billing.
